Our apps

Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless an app provides its own license terms. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Apps downloaded from Google Play are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and purchases there are handled by Google.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our website or apps for anything unlawful
• Try to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our services
• Misuse our services to harm other people

Intellectual property

The website, our apps, and their content, names, and logos are owned by JB Software Works LLC and protected by law. These terms don't give you any ownership of them.

Disclaimers

Our website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JB Software Works LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of our website or apps.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
